B-days ahead.

Jadenn is turning 6 on Friday and Anthony is turning 10 on the 14th. Where did the time go, where are my baby's?! So much to arrange, so much to do still.

Anyway, here are finally some scrapbook thingies(been a long time right?!

Viper get's a sister!

 
Isn't she just adorable?! and no it isn't the one I was looking for since that one is still for sale till next Friday(still keeping fingers crossed that I win her), so hopefully my family will be 3 by the end of next week.....an adiction I tell you. Now I only wish that I could sew my own clothes for her. Found some great patterns on the net but I do not get it, do not know how to make any sense out of them :(

So I need a name for her, any ideas?

Ok, Ok,

Time to step it up again. Long post with lots of photo's ahead, you are warned!

So on Wednesday I picked up martha from the airport, drove home, picked up Dina from the trainstation, who was already in Holland with her family(they went into town), packed all of their kits, took dina back to the trainstation and dropped Martha at the hotel. In the eveing Martha and I went out to eat Tapas, mmmmhhh! Next day Dina arrives at noon, we pick her up and go to the place where i have rented a van.

We went into town after having them taken pictures of a windmill. We shopped till we dropped and got some CUTE bags from Room Seven and Oilily. After diner we picked up Danielle and off we went to Veghel. We went to sleep right away when we arrived, tired already.

The whole weekend went great, lots of fun, relaxed and I was amazed of everyones creativity. The food was wonderful and so were the shops! Even I went up and down their stands a few times and came home with more than I planned. Loved it that there were also people from Isreal, Sweden and germany and was also happy to see some new faces and faces I already knew. I had zero stress during the weekend and stayed pretty calm during it all. The teachers were wonderful and they all did an amazing project. In the end I had a box of workshop kits left. I decided to give them to Monique so she could sell them and use the money she made for Sisters Hope(research for breastcancer), such a wonderful thing she does every year. So go to her site and buy a kit and support a good cause! there are just a few kits left.

After cleaning up so fast, we went to get out last meal at the big M :)
Only had a few boxes left to take with me. Dropped the girls off at Daan's and want home. DH picked me up after I dropped off the car, it was late. I feel I am just getting back to normal life as off today.

Speaking of today: I want to the gym!!! After not going but paying for it for a year now, I went again. Time for a change. I also went to see my NEI therapist this week and we did a lot of work on me. This new stage in my life that I entered today officially will be about me. I need to take care of me, something that I forgot to do for years now, so it is me first now. Let's just see how far this will take me. I feel confident that I can do it, it feels different now, no pressure, taking my time.

I got her, but the more I looked at her the more the messy make-up irritated me, and she had no eye lashes, so i started to customize her myself by taking off the freckles and such so she had a clean face, than put new make-up on and gave her some stunning eyelashes. I also gave her a new name. May I introduce to you: Viper(**I typed vixen...was doubting between these two but it is Viper)
 
 
I just adore this doll. I already have tons of clothes for her by going through my old barbie and skipper clothes, bought some new and I am already looking for a sister for her...already know who I want so keep your fingers crossed that I can get her. I feel like a little girl again :)

still trying

Trying to catch my breath from a great, no awesome, no EXCELLENT weekend!!! A few last minute hick ups but I didn't panick and handled it all on time. You people can be proud of me, heck I am proud of myself for pulling this off :)

I think I can say it was a great succes, not heard one negative comment all weekend, only happy people. I heard from more than one person how relaxed it was, a lot different than last year and I found it good to hear this, I have a feeling I have come a long way since than.

I haven't edited any pictures yet, so you have to wait for a full report on Scrap-A-Licious later this week.

All ready to go!

Martha and Dina are here and we are about to leave to Veghel after a afternoon of fun shopping at the town I live at. Rented a Ford Transit and packed everything up...it fitted, yeah!

Dina brought more stuff with her for the lotery, Kenner Road kits, Hambly and some coupons for free online classes!!!

I can´t wait for it to start, iek!

I am moving

at least that is what my house looks like to people right now with all the boxes in the livingroom:

I finished packing all the kits for the lotery and boy oh boy where there a lot to pack. I seriously think these are the best lotery prizes ever! that one box on the right is only filled with American Crafts prize packages....that is a lot, trust me ;), 3,5 boxes with prizes in total.

So much to do, this morning Monique , my lifesavior for today, helped me with buying all the last things for the weekend. I still need to clean up my house, my scraproom etc, make lists.

phew.....

I am going to take a walk with the kids and the dog now I think to clear my head.

I just couldn't resist....

I just bought a doll, yes I am 34 and I just bought a doll :)
Ever since I saw Danielle's Blythe doll I was sold. I trided to resist it by not googling about it, trying not to find any information on the different sizes and costs and such, but I caved. I was looking since yesterday at Ebay and still thought the ones I liked were too exspensive. Now this morning I checked again and there she was, a custom made Blythe doll, one of a kind, with freckles!!! and the prize was so good, couldn't believe it. I think because the seller was French not a lot of people in the USA were awake to bid on this beauty, so although a few people were bidding I won :)

So what els have I been up too, can you guess? yes! you got it right Scrap-a-Licious. my livingroom is filled up with so many boxes unreal! Am starting to get the lotery together which are a couple of boxes as well, truly so much! Will make a blogpost about that soon!

Storm is doing OK with the JB weet, hopefully he stays that way.

He is home!

So I think I was right about the reflux. Doctors now gave him something we call Johannes broodpitmeel(some kind of weet) to put into his formula for 2 weeks this helps to soften his throat(no idea how you call that tube that is in your throat where all your food goes into, but that is what I mean), than they will start giving him medication for the reflux. In the hospital the last few days he was doing better. His breathing never stopped like that first time when they arrived at the hospital(although he still drifted off to never never land and they had a real hard time getting him back), he no longer has a fever and such either. So they think it is safe to take him home. They do have gotten an angelcare matrass, so if he does stop breathing or whatever the alarm goes off. This way they will be able to sleep at least a little bit. Next wednesday they have a consult call with the pediatrician to see how everything goes etc. They have to monitor him very closely and write everything done. I hope he finally gets better and that when he get's the real medicine he will no longer has all these difficulties.

Again thank you for all your prayers and I hope you will keep sending them because he still needs them and so do his parents.

Storm has had a brain video kind of thing but the conclusuon is that he is not epileptic, it all looked good. 5 doctors are having a meeting everyday to see what they come up with on what he could have.

I have received a couple of links from you, my blog readers,(THANK YOU!) as well and I stumbled on this text, which is the same thing my sister is going through with storm:

My son was struggling with apnea, as well, and after he was released, I noticed some very weird repetitive breathing issues--mostly at night. We had a hard time waking him up from these events; we would do position changes, take him out of the crib, etc., etc. and he still wouldn't wake up. When he did, he would seem very disoriented. The doctors initially thought they were seizures, after I videotaped a few of the incidents. However, after having an overnight EEG and trying a few other ways to more aggressively wake him up, we determined he was responding to stimulus during the events--albeit aggressive stimulus. That basically ruled out seizures. Now, the general opinion seems to be that he has Sandifer's Syndrome, which is a reflux-related disorder (silent reflux) which mimics seizures. They started him on a twice/day Zantac regimen and we are seeing a decrease in the frequency of events. Message me if you woud like more information--but you may suggest your baby be evaluated for possible reflux.

I also have been thinking it could be Silent reflux in combination with sleep apnea. Of course I can be totally wrong here and it might be something completely else, but this might be worth a look at. My sister will definiatly tell them this. Keeping fingers crossed we will have an answer soon!

they do not know

what is wrong with Storm. Many peditricians have been beside his crib but they do not know what is wrong with him. He had a brain scan today to rule out that he is epileptic. The bloodresults didn't come up with anything. Yesterday the pediatrician was there when he again turned white and than does nothing anymore. This time it took a long time for him to get back, they really had to hurt him before his body//brain responded. I am afraid he will stop breathing(which happened once) or slips into a coma.

 
So this little man is on my mind 24-7 and I hate it that I do not live closer to my sister now.I am waiting any minute to hear something, looking on the internet if I can find anything that matches the symptoms, nothing comes out of my hands and I still have so much to do. My mom is still there and my sisters boyfriend arrived early this morning. Thank you all for your kind words and your prayers we will need them.
