my moodies are on a little vacation............but they will be back, bigger and better, you will get the scoop over here so stay tuned!

Yesterday I went to the cinema with the kids to the movie flushed away. great movie! Before that I went to the big M with them and they had the toys from this movie with the happymeal, yeah!

I got home with a headache, my kids just do not listen really wel and can't sit still for one second as it seemed.I am still tired.
Sorry no scrapbooking stuff to show but will be soon since I have started such a fun project that has to do with Christmas!

time!

I need more time! I just have to much ideas that I want to explore and just to little time. So I need to focus and accept that I just can't have it all. Thank you all for the awesome congrats on my own paper line. cherryArte will not be attending CHA but they will be releasing a few things at the same time as CHA. I am still thinking about going to CHA anyway.

Still not so font of my own handwriting but like my friend Anita said, those are the things that are so important to leave behind one day, makes everything much more personal and therefor more valuable.

Going out to eat Tapas with DH tonight and the kids are sleeping over with my parents, yeah!

One:(Anita and Birgit I know you were thinking this right away!): I talk a lot….at least that is what others tell me.

Two: In the evening I always put on my pj pants, much more comfortable.

Three: I used to sleep(no, not anymore) with a blanket(or more) at my feet and one on my neck(still steal one blanket from time to time from Jadenn). Why? Well something bit me when I was a child, actually I think I dreamt it was a rat since we did not have those in our house and from then of on there was a blanket at my feet. The one around my neck was because I was afraid of vampires…….stop laughing Kirsty!

Four: thinking long and hard………..yes! I am a very picky eater. At a reastaurant I usually go for the veggie food since I just do not like the rest of the card. DH so not like this part of me since he eats anything.

Five: I have lived in Oldenzaal for the first 11,5 years of my live and I still LOVE it there. When I hear people talking in the dialect that is spoken there I just feel like coming home. When we moved to

where I live now, my sister and I cried for 3 months that we wanted to go back!

Six: I have told this before, but since I can not come up with something else: I am a fast reader. I can read a 800 pages book in one day, in Dutch or English. I just LOVE to read fantasy books.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

I have had a secret, a huge secret and I have had this secret for months now. It has to do with a goal I set myself too and I feel so blessed that my dreams are coming true. So today I finally can reveal the biggest toot of my live, ok here we go:

CherryArte will be releasing a new paper line at CHA that is designed by Corinne Delis…..that will be me,……moi!!!!!!

I am sooooooooooooooooooooo happy and so thankful that Lu from cherryArte gave me this opportunity to design my own line.

So now that I revealed my secret, the waiting starts till I can reveal what it looks like, but I tell you, I am so darn proud!

Major deadlines!

Boy oh boy I am soooooooooooooo busy with major deadlines which for the first time are giving me stress. I do not have time to work out but I decided that I need to do it anyway.

Have also been working on something fun which I hope to post in the afternoon.

Chickenhair.....

Jadenn wants chickenhair. So we go to the hairdresser to get himself a new hairdo. So when she asked him what he wanted. He says: "Chickenhair". She looks at me with eyes like , I have no clue what he means. I tell her:"Don't you watched Chicken little? He wants a mohawk!" LOL! So he got his Chickenhair and he walk around proud like a real rooster(Still have to explain to him that chickens do not have a mohawk, ah well..).

Try to make better pics tomorrow since it is almost dark right now and I hate using the flaslight!

I also have been creative. I got the most amazing felt all the way from Australia from my friend Lee!

A new Scrap Magazine is out!

It is a German Scrap magazine and it is still not on paper but sold as a PDF file so you can watch and read it all on your own computer. I was asked to do an interview and an lo for it so I did! It holds 134! pages with lots of tips and many lo's and projects to look at. It looks really, really good! If your interested you can buy your own over Here at Scrapheaven for just 4,00 Euro.

Here is my new lo that I was planning to make right after our scrapbook weekend. Have to re-take the picture of this since the picture on it look not good now, but you will get the idea.
For Journaling you can check out my gallery at 2peas. I used BasicGrey for this and the white letters are rub-ons from American Crafts, really love this type.


Sinterklaas yesterday evening went really good as well. Kids got spoiled rotten as was expected and now I am of to find a place where I can store all the new goodies, HELP!

The real you part 2.

Just finished another lo that I will share tomorrow. Really like how it turned out.

Tonight we are celebrating Sinterklaas at our house. I made a carrot cake as dessert and it worked(I am so not a good baker!) it taste define!

I feel like Christmas already

and poor Sinterklaas hasn't even left the building!
Made these two x-mas cards for cherryArte using their, paper, chipboard, stamps and rub-ons. Also paint dabber from Ranger.



This has been lying around for almost 2 weeks on my desk and I did small things to it every time I had the inspiration. I used glitterglue/gel on the chipboard swirls, which is very cheap to buy. when it was dry I used some glaze to finish it. Also used the glittergel on the flower and on the swirls I made with the psint dabber. Used Fontwerks stamps, really love these! and the felt is from the Xenox. Thickers from American Crafts and the gaffer tape is from 7Gypsies, love those too.
