Ok giving it another try

Typepad better not screw this one up, still pissed about my long post last night, grrrr.

Ok here we go:
Crazy week, running, running without any time to breath, I could have gotten speeding tickets while walking!
5 photoshoots! what was I thinking?! But still it was a lot of fun. Next week i will be editing all week I am afraid.

Renovations:
They told me that they would be done on Thursday, but from the looks of it I knew it wouldn't and I was right.
Monday it will be finished and they will go upstairs on Tuesday to start at the attic. This means I have Sunday and Monday to clear the whole attic out, sigh....weren't I saying I actually had to work?!
I will make pics of the attic tomorrow and this is going to be such a big change, you will be shocked, trust me :). Here some pics of the renovations so far:

The door has moved to the front, windows are all in, brickes are placed, we have light and heat and the inside it almost finished.
 
We placed some cheap carpet for the next 6 weeks so the floor can dry and in May we get our new floor. Oh what a difference that will make. It also will be the final thing that needs to be done and than we are done, yeah!
 
As you can see it is very light and yesterday I used it as my studio and I LOVED it and made me think: Why did I promised my kids a playroom!!?? I seriously am going to think on how to decorate this so I could also use it as my studio without having to change to much. It is small but it is big enough.

Since I was so busy all week I haven't been able to be creative at all and I am actually longing to sit down and make something, so hopefully soon.

Who is watching this? I am watching this online and I am in love with the voice of Crystal Bowersox. OMG she is just amazing and I will be the first person who buys her CD the minute it gets out.

Ok I have one more thing for all you people who sometimes think that your life sucks. DH and I were driving late in the evening in the pouring rain to my friends house. Kids were with grandma. While waiting at the stoplights I saw this guy standing in the pouring rain in a chickensuit with a big pizza box in his hands. This was his job. I know this is maybe a common job in the USA, not sure about that but I never had seen anyone doing this here, in the pouring rain. So I grabbed my camera while driving around the corner and shot this blurry shot. So next time you feel sorry for yourself look at this photo :)

Lukt het een beetje met leegruimen van de zolder? Aaaahhh, wat een mens allemaal wel niet moet doorstaan... maar je krijgt er wel iets moois voor terug zo te zien! Een studio.. hmmmm... klinkt goed! Ik wens je een rustige week (min of meer toch...) en een snelle verbouwing!

LOVE reno's okay I don't love living through renovations, but the end result kicks butt! Can't wait to see full before and after photos!!! miss ya my friend! I'm back in school for Doctor or homeopathic medicine, so i don't have much time to play on the puter. :(
