A little break

Next week I have a little break. I love that! I can edit some shoots I did and take a final look at my scrapbooking supplies and see if I can split it with 50%. It is rediculous how much I had/still have.  I also can focus a bit more on our house as we already made slight alturations. Ordered 3 Vynil Wall Art by this affordable etsy shop and will let you know and show you how the quality and such is after I got it and have it on our walls. So far I love it!

My diet is going GREAT! so far easy peasy :) I am eating vegetables, fruits and drinking water like never before and as I already knew up front that I have to eat way more than I was used too. I can't wait to get on that scale on Monday evening.

CHA - Tim Holtz

When I decided to quit with scrapbooking for others I emailed Tim that I wouldn't make some samples for him for CHA. But after a night sleep I thought of it differently and I emailed him again that I changed my mind. I love his stuff and he was letting me do my own thing, I could create whatever I wanted so I had a go at it, as long as I used his Idea-ology products. I started with a piece, trying to do it in his style, which so didn´t work, cause hey, I am no Tim Holtz people, let´s face it! So than I started scrapbooking, which is more me right? and these were the result. I already spotted two off them in pics from CHA :)

It starts NOW!

 
I was inspired by Cathy Zielske, who is also on a WW diet, to do this documentation once a week, kinda like a diary. I decided to do it in Dutch, but I will share here in English as well what is on it. I went  to the weight watchers today for the first time, confronted the scale, iek! This morning first thing I did was getting rid once and for all of my emotional blockage, that was keeping me from being slim. What a eye-opener again and after my session with my Nei therapist I felt so ready to get this thing started. I am 200% sure that I will do this and that this time I will stay slim!, to be the corinne that is happy in and outside, the way I should be.

PS 2: the pics are taken by my DH, except for the face only one. no photoshopping or holding in tummy's so i know my hair looks bleh, as does my outfit, but this outfit I will be wearing every monday to weight wathers, so it is my weigh-in outfit, untill I do not fit in it anymore.

PS3: The bear slippers.....well it is freezing cold right now so better get those toes warm right :)?

The next step

It is time. I have known that this day would come for a very long time, but I knew I would have to find inner drive to take this next step again, or else I would fail. I am still not 100% sure that I have found it, but it is time people it is time. "Time for what?" I hear you think. Weight-watchers people, Weight-watchers(next week).

I am at my heaviest point right now, more than I ever weight. I haven't stepped on a scale for a while now but I know it is bad, unhealthy bad. I have taken maybe 3 photo's of myself the past year, knowing I would look horribly if I would, triple chin and all( and I know how to look slimmer taking photo's and still!!).

This is my 3rd time going to the weight-watchers and both times I lost near the 25 kilo's, but I gained it all and lots more back. So this time I am also taking out the root of my problem. Monday I will see my NEI-therapist again and we will tackle once and for all the emotional reasons why I am always covering up my emotions with food. I am 100% sure if I do both I will succeed and not only that, I will stay slim this time around. I already know that without the NEI it will be the same old same old and I will be blogging about going to weight-watchers again in 2 years from now.

The other thing I want to look into through NEI is that my kids have taking over some of my things with food. One of them is that food needs to be yummy and yummy is not called a vegetable. Pizza, pancakes and fries are the YEAH's here in our house but the rest is called BLEH! So not only do I need to do this for myself but also for my children so that they can grow up with no food issues.

So from next week on I will keep you up to date on how my scale is going down each week.

Tomorrow I have a last minute newborn shoot, and it is a girl, yeah! So far only had boys since the first newborn shoot of Caitlin. Can't wait to try out some of my new pink hats :)

I have had 8 shoots in the last 16 days. I am pooped. Next week one shoot and the rest of the time will be dedicated to editing a lot of photo's and making slideshows, actually looking forward to that.
