Since the new CMF magazine is out(Dutch Scrapbooking Magazine) I am able to show you what I made for the last Issue:
Made with the Morroco and Poolside papers from CherryArte mixed with Americain Crafts products.
I also made a mini-album but will post pics of that one another time :)

Yesterday all the spots of our workshop weekend were filled. I also started a waiting list so if you still want to come let me know so I can put you on the waiting list, you never know if someone is going to drop out last minute or not :)
Jadenn is sick at home, got some fever last night and diarrhea to top it of with, yeah! Poor kid, but he is doing better already. I am also not feeling all to well, hope the flu passes me this time. DH brushed a rib and has a lot of pain, which can take 6 weeks or more, poor him! So as you see we are not doing too well in the feeling good department this week.
Yesterday I went with Anthony to a "Sinterklaas" party, which is kinda like Santa Claus but the Dutch version :). There were like 100 kids and a DJ and lots of "Pieten"(Sinterklaas his helpers). This is the first year he doesn't believe in Sinterklaas anymore, we told him the truth a few months ago. You would think he wouldn't be scared anymore of the Pieten, but he was. They were handing out candy, but he didn't even wanted the candy, because that would mean he had to get close to one of them. They said that all the parents had to go and when he heard that he ran outside. I asked if I could stay for him and luckily they know Anthony and me, so I could stay. Anthony was very relieved to hear that. All the kids were having the time of their life dancing and acting silly and he just sat next to me watching it all. He said: Everyone is having fun, why can't I do that? I felt so sorry for him, it broke my heart. He so wants to have the same kind of fun and happiness other children have and he doesn't know how to be like that. He also said to one of his friends that he was afraid of the Pieten and that he was kind of a looser to be afraid since he was already 8 and not a child anymore. Sigh....
Ok now on to the fun stuff. I Scrapbooked! YES I DID! Here is my lo made with American Crafts Thickers, chipboard and paper:

Just 2 places left! A lot of people must have set their alarm clock since my in-box was flooded when I opened it at 6.15 in the morning. I send out all the confirmation emails yesterdag evening so if you signed up but haven't gotten your confirmation email yet , please send me an email.
Oh I am so excited about this weekend! I have so many plans and HUGE surprises planned for the lottery as well. From January of on I will start showing sneak peeks of all the yummyness!
Still got nothing to share Scrap-related since I have nothing to show you yet. Did finish 2 articles for CMF(dutch scrapbook magazine), painted something special for a French book that I am going to be part of and have to make something in the upcoming days with the new kit of the Creatie(which is to die for again!) so hopefully I can find some time today to actually make something for a change.
Next Tuesday is the Hearing about Anthony's school situation. I am nervous about it but I think I will be OK... I just have to be.

MONDAY the 26th at 6:00 in the morning you can sign up for this weekend. Make sure you do not hesitate too long or else all the places will be filled. We have only 40 seats to fill, so make sure you get yours!
Yesterday and today my head hurts like hell. I so want to sleep and curl up in my bed under a warm blanket. I still have lots to do , deadlines to finish and things to take care of.
School called and Anthony has to go to a different location of the same school they think he would fit in better there. Not really got the reason why and I need to go there on Friday to take a look. Also on Friday I need to call the comity to hear the date of my appeal. Even thinking of all of this is making my stomach turn. I still sleep badly and wake up in the early hours of the morning not able to fall asleep again.
Also made a tough decision today, but one that had to be made, if I want to be honest towards myself and others. All of this and the above has me left with a headache. i need sleep, instead I will scrap for an assignment, bleh!
Ok enough of the complaining, lol. Let's show you my x-mas project that I made this weekend:

Came back last night from my weekend getaway with the alliance girls. Had a lot of fun scrapbooking, singing, dancing, taking photo's and eating. Anita made lots of video's of it, but I doubt that she will be sharing them to the world to see hehe. Made 8 lo's and a project. Can Only show you the project the rest was work. Will be showing some of the photo's we took as soon as I have received them all from the other girls.
Will be updating later, now I need to clean out my suitcase and put back all the supplies that I took.

This is the name for our Scrapbookweekend on the 8/9th of March. Ok what more I can share.....It will be held in Utrecht, so it will be easy to reach for everyone since it is in the middle of our country! Easy to reach by car and train, what more do you want :)
Céline Navarro and I will be teaching of the hook workshops and on Saterday evening there will be a HUGE crop and an even BIGGER lottery, with LOTS of amazing prizes. Memorylane Scrapbooking will be there with the latest and greatest products, so you can also shop till you drop.
There is only one problem.....places are limited, 40 people, so you have to be fast to snatch up a spot. Next weekend I will be sharing more details on the workshops and the prices, so make sure to check it out!

Yesterday we started a new therapy for Anthony which is called: de BSM de Jong Methode and I am VERY, VERY positive so far. The things she said and did where so right that I can't wait to see how he is doing in one month from now.

went well! So far so good. He was kind of hyper when he got home, but that I can understand completely after not being into a school all day for so long.
Thursday I will have a onderwijsconsulent/schoolcounsler(?) coming over who hopefully can help me a bit further along the road that lays ahead of us.
