Last October I had the pleasure to teach a self-portrait workshop to 80 woman/scrapbookers at the EntreArtiste workshopweekend in Montpelier, the south of France.
In this 3 hour workshop I told them my tips and tricks, showed them examples of my own work with self-portraits, we went outside where people can practice what I just taught them. I did a mini-shoot with the one that won my mini-lotery for that day. They learned what is their good side and what is not and lots more. We went back inside were I uploaded the pics I just took and showed them my editing techniques. It went good, no great actually and I love , love , LOVE this workshop a lot because it is made for scrapbookers(I used to be one of them).

Karine and Céline are two girls that are very dear to me and they organise their own scrapbooking weekends in France.
I try to see them at least once a year, hopefully we can meet again next year.

I told them they had to find out what is their good and bad side, but some found it hard so some I helped:

And may I ad that is was raining that day, so we couldn't go outside(well she did for a brief second)
And then there was Carine, pregnant with her second child which was pretty much a miracle. I took a few of her as well:
She delivered a healthy baby boy :)
Love teaching, love scrapbookers, love self-portraits. Hopefully again next year!

Het was super, en een bekijks dat we hadden van voorbijgangers in auto's en trams die zich afvroegen wat 40 vrouwen daar midden op straat met hun camera's stonden te doen! ;-)
Ik heb een van de foto's die ik dat weekend maakte gebruikt als blogheader.
Zou je me de bijbehorende pdf nog in het Engels willen mailen please?
